If you purchased any Spring Edition tickets or camping tickets by phone we will contact you by phone to refund to your card or arrange beer tokens to the value of your order, if you prefer. Paypal orders will be refunded directly through Paypal. Please bear with us over the next week by which time the process should be complete. The refunds do not apply to CRF's August Event which of course goes ahead as normal. Customers who purchased CRF12 tickets and received a "comp" ticket can apply for an exchange ticket for the "comp" ticket to another CRF support event during 2012. Select from the support events published on the CRF website (Note, several further support events are yet to be announced). These will be limited in numbers due to the size of the various venues and exchanged on a first come first served basis. Festival Virgins awarded "comp" tickets may also apply.
