CREAMFUL, a five piece band from Essex who try and re-create that unforgetable vibe created by Clapton, Bruce and Baker in 1966, a sound that became the forerunner for the rock/blues explosion of the next decade. The band have no interest in simply being a "look-alike 3-piece outfit": the legendary music comes first, pure and simple, and the aim is to sound like the most influential blues/rock band to emerge in the UK, and with the excellent quality musicianship that comes with CREAMFUL, you will be transported back to those heady psychedelic days of 1966,67 and 68 with such classics as White Room, Strange Brew, Sunshine of your love, I Feel Free, Tales of Brave Ulysses and many many more.
The band have built a solid reputation during their relatively short lifespan for accurate, punchy and faithful recreations of the unique Cream sound, and with all members citing the brilliant trio as their main musical influences, then its no wonder that CREAMFUL are the band to see if its an original and vintage Cream experience you are after.
Featuring the brilliant Chris Campbell on lead guitar, who on stage wields an iconic red Gibson Firebird in true authentic Clapton style, Erics trademark riffs, runs and phrases flow effortlessly from the fretboard with true power and fluency. No one who hears Chris in full flow can be in any doubt that they are hearing a truly class player in action. If its Clapton you want, Chris is the man to deliver !
Spencer Pratten has the job of underpinning the overall sound with his rhythm and chord work and backing vocals, allowing the band to recreate the studio sound that three piece outfits are simply unable to do.
The bands drummer is big Barry Eaves, a seasoned musician and hard hitting sticks man, very much in the mould of the legendary Ginger Baker with his double bass kit and array of tom-toms. Big man, big sound!
New to the band is bass player Rob Kirtley, a talented all round musician who despite his tender years is a great admirer of Jack Bruce and Cream. His bass runs in Jack's style give a free form feel to the set in true Cream fashion. Rob chips in with backing vocals as well.
The vocals are the job of big John Norman, a blues man also steeped in Cream history and influence, and who is equally at home with a slow blues or a more punchy Cream rocker.
CREAMFUL play Cream the way it should be played, with power, an edge, and faithful to the groundbreaking style of Baker Bruce and Clapton. If Chris wants to extend his solo's, he does...and we follow and see where we go in true Cream style.

SO WHAT DO THEY SAY ABOUT CREAMFUL - HERE IS A SELECTION OF COMMENTS AND QUOTES-
"Creamful were great fun and worked hard " - Tim Hutchison
"I thought Creamful were very good, especially since they didn't just focus on the well known numbers" - Ray Day
"You guys were excellent - bringing back to life all the old Cream standards (and, I'm pleased to say, including a few of the lesser known Cream numbers). And not just warming up the body ofwork, but reinvigorating it with real vibrancy - I was head-banging with the best of them, just like I was doing 40-odd years ago. Brilliant! - Chris Jones
"...that guitarist of yours, Chris, is HOT! Wow. Hang on to him!" -
" I know its probably heresy to say this, but lots of your stuff is actually better than the original Cream "
