PANIC ROOM are the award-winning UK band who blaze together a fusion of rock, pop, indie, funk & hypnotic sounds, to unleash ‘a fire of mesmerising music’.

With a bevy of music press awards to help fly their flag, the uber-talented 5 piece from Wales & England will be hitting the road throughout 2011 with their unique brand of powerful, passionate pop-rock.

Already being dubbed 'a minor supergroup', the band has recorded 2 critically-acclaimed albums, with the latest - ‘Satellite’ (2010) - being voted in the top 5 Best-Albums-of-2010 in many UK music magazines.

It's stunning title track was just voted BEST SONG OF 2010 at the British CRS Awards, where the band also received the 'Best Drummer' award for Gavin John Griffiths, and 'Personality of the Year' for charismatic front-woman Anne-Marie Helder!

Their debut ‘Visionary Position’ was released in 2008: a brave, beautiful and compelling album full of surprises and eclectic sounds, all underpinned by a clear talent for incredible songwriting.

'Satellite' in 2010 built on this; but after two years of live touring and jamming, the band were tighter than ever and chose to record 'as live' in the studio... thus producing an album which was stronger, deeper, heavier, and yet even more ethereal and 'star-dusted' than the last.

With their hooky riffs and truly epic songs, Panic Room are blessed with 5 world-class musicians. This means their sound is all about fearless creativity and awesome playing.
Add to this the beautifully expressive Anne-Marie Helder - just voted BEST FEMALE VOCALIST of the year by the 50,000+ readers of the Classic Rock Presents Prog magazine, and a truly ‘stellar’ frontwoman - and you have a band that is unique in its power, sound, & passion.

Their UK touring has included dates at such prestigious venues as Shepherds Bush Empire and St David’s Hall, Cardiff.
2011 will see PANIC ROOM building on the success of 2010's accolades, working on their 3rd album and international touring.
