a.. Order authorisation & Charges

Please note :-
Paypal transactions are show with VAT added at the end of the purchase process - the prices are the same when this is added on.
A booking fee of £2.50 is applied to all orders by telephone or online and when posted includes postage.
Telephone orders are subject to a 2.5% card fee.
Payments with cheques or in cash do not attract a 2.5% charge but are still subject to the booking fee.

In most cases, your order will be authorised immediately. In certain situations, we will seek extra authorisation for your order. This is usually because we have been unable to obtain full authorisation for your payment.
You will be asked to provide ID on the door of the event ideally a driving licence or the card used for payment.

We reserve the right to refund/cancel an order if we cannot obtain sufficient authorisation.

b.. Refunds/cancellations

We do not offer refunds on any tickets except if the event is cancelled, when we can offer a full refund of the ticket face value. Please note that in all cases, the booking fee/postage is non-refundable.

You are strongly advised to check event details with the website before travelling.

We make the best efforts to keep all information as up-to-date as possible but we cannot be held responsible for any errors. All bands appear on our listing subject to contract, you are buying a ticket to a festival, in the
unlikely event in the non appearance of any individual act there will be no refunds. All tickets are not for resale and not transferrable. Please make sure you check our terms and conditions before buying a ticket.

e.. Your payment to us will appear on your credit card statement as a payment to RBF Festivals

f.. Paypal payments will relate to email address rbf.ltd@tiscali.co.uk a verified Paypal address.

g.. Purchase of tickets indicates the purchasor has accepted they may appear in Photographs, DVD or other media recorded at the festival by the festival its agents or performers.
