Vendors 2010
With a much larger site, in close proximity to the City of Cambridge and just yards from the M11, the festival is set to take off this year - be part of it!

Applications are now being accepted for general and food traders for the 2010 Cambridge Rock Festival.
Preference will be given to last years traders in recognition of their support in our early years.
Download the "2010 Vendors Pack" above print out, complete, add your certificates and post back with your cheque.
Take notice of the regulations regarding this event especially the certification requirements, which will be checked by us, the local authority and a third party involved in health and safety.
Food Traders
On site inspections by the environmental health dept of South Cambs District Council are planned this year. Please be set up, clean and fully functional one hour before the start time stated in your pack.
A fully functioning HACCUP food safety system must be in place. Pay attention to logging times and temperatures, cleaning routines, etc.
To help protect the environment avoid the use of plastic forks & styrofoam food trays, if this is difficult just let us know. Biodegradable cardboard based trays and wooden forks, knives and spoons are ok.
We can provide details of a supplier of biodegradable consumables, made from corn starch and paper.
